The Pulvermaar: Camping, mobile home port, rental bungalows, tent meadow - vacation on the volcano directly at the german Volcano road

The holiday village Pulvermaar is attractively situated on the crater rim of the Pulvermaar - the largest "eye of the Eifel".

On the approximately 4 hectares of land, there are about 150 permanent pitches for caravans/motorhomes or mobile homes, 20 bungalows (wooden huts as holiday apartments), as well as many sunny or shady spots for caravans, motorhomes, or tents. For larger groups, there are two tent meadows with electricity connection and fire pit.

The sanitary facilities offer toilets, waste disposal, hot water showers, changing table, washing machine, and dryer, as well as sinks with hot water.

Opening Hours

To visit all year round. From March till November the reception is open from 8:15 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
In winter, camping is possible after contacting by phone. Contact at: 0172 8879345 (F.G. Fetten) or 0160/3451290 (Beate Heinen).

Note: In winter only the entrance and the access to the sanitary facilities are cleared and de-iced. Otherwise the whole area remains natural.
