Tourist attractions – various

The airfield has been located in Borken-Hoxfeld since 1975. Before that, glider pilots met at Lünsberg - the Fliegerberg. The airfield is run by dedicated members of the Luftsportverein Borken e.V. and the Ballonsportgruppe Borken. The range of aircraft types maintained here is wide. It ranges from wooden aircraft to high-performance gliders. Take-offs for training, cross-country and competition flights, but also for holiday and fun flights are therefore possible here. Gliding operations mostly take place at weekends as well as on public holidays and during holidays.

Visit

A visit to the glider airfield is particularly useful at weekends, on public holidays and during holidays, as glider operations take place at these times.
