The town's most famous child is the Ems: a small stream makes its way from the source valley of the Ems in the Stukenbrock-Senne district to the North Sea. From a few springs, a small stream forms in the light-colored Sennesand, which soon becomes a 371 km long river. You can also visit the Ems Adventure World. In the old vicarage (Barbaraweg 1 in Stukenbrock-Senne), you can experience the Ems with all your senses.
