Church

The Catholic parish church of St Dionysius is located in the Nordkirchen district of Capelle and is a listed building. The church hall was built from 1696. However, the core of the tower is said to be even older. The church is named after Saint Dyonisius and is honoured with a baroque wooden figure and a colourful stained glass window.

The parish church is located in the centre of the Nordkirchen district of Capelle, just 300 metres from junction 10 .

Parking
A limited number of car parks are located directly at the church. There are many lay-bys in Capelle where you can park.
Journey
By car:
From the north: Take the A1 motorway to the Ascheberg exit, then take the B58 towards Lüdinghausen. Follow the signs to Nordkirchen.
From the south: Take the A1 motorway to the Hamm-Bockum/Werne exit, then continue on the B54 towards Werne. Follow the signs to Nordkirchen.
From the east: Take the A2 motorway to the Hamm exit, then continue on the B63 and B54 towards Werne and Nordkirchen.
From the west: Take the A43 motorway to the Dülmen exit, then continue on the B474 towards Lüdinghausen and Nordkirchen.

By bus and train:
Münster is connected to the local and long-distance transport network.
Take the regional train 50 in the direction of Dortmund to Capelle station.
Change to the R53 and travel in the direction of Lüdinghausen as far as the Capelle, Haverkampring stop.
