The Sythener Mühle in Haltern am See is an idyllic starting point for relaxed cycle tours through the varied landscape of the Münsterland. Embedded in a charming natural setting, the well-developed cycle path network leads along over 4,500 kilometres past meadows, forests and historic buildings in the Münsterland region.
Junction 15 is the ideal starting point for the cycle route. The junction system also makes it possible for those unfamiliar with the area to orientate and navigate themselves in the region.

Entry
The mill's café is only open on Thursdays. On other days, the mill can only be visited from the outside.

By car:
Coming from the A43 motorway
Take exit 7 Lavesum
Continue on Sythener Straße to the destination

By public transport:
Starting from the Münster (Westf.) local and long-distance railway station
Take the RE42 in the direction of Recklinghausen
Get off at the Sythen stop
350 metres on foot
Parking
Car parking is available on site.
