Dülmen Town Hall, centrally located on the historic market square, is an important landmark of the town. Built in the early 15th century, it served as the seat of the town council for centuries. The building was badly damaged during the Second World War, but was faithfully rebuilt in 1954. Today, the town hall impresses with its historic architecture and houses the citizens' office and other municipal facilities. It is a central point of contact for citizens and guests and reflects the rich history of Dülmen.
