Information for cyclists
Steinfurt-Burgsteinfurt railway station is an ideal starting point for the over 4,500 km long cycle path network in the Münsterland region. In the immediate vicinity is junction 54 with an overview map of the surrounding area.
The northern section of the 100 Castles Route and the RadBahnMünsterland between Rheine and Coesfeld also run here.
The Bentlage Monastery in Rheine, Welbergen House in Ochtrup, the Burgmannshöfe farms in Heek and the Ems floodplains in Emsdetten and Greven are all great destinations for a cycle tour. In combination with the railway, a day trip to Münster is also possible.

There is a free Park & Ride car park right next to the station.
Arrival
The bus station in Steinfurt-Burgsteinfurt is located right next to the railway station. Buses from Coesfeld, Rosendahl, Horstmar, Nordwalde, Rheine and Schöppingen stop there.
By car, take the B54 (Gronau-Münster) to the Steinfurt-Burgsteinfurt exit. Follow the signs to the town centre and then follow the signs to the train station.
