The Lüdinghauser Tor in Dülmen is an important historical landmark of the town and a remnant of the former town fortifications. It is located at the exit of Dülmen's town centre and is one of the few remaining gates of the medieval town wall. The gate once served as an important access point and part of the town's defences. Today, it symbolises Dülmen's long history and attracts both locals and visitors with its impressive architecture. The Lüdinghauser Tor is not only an important cultural monument, but also a popular meeting place that brings the town's historical heritage to life.
