Cows, goats and...
...of course, CHEESE!

A short round trip to one of the smallest districts of Rietberg with two local cheese dairies.

The 11 km tour starts at the historic town hall in Rietberg and takes you to the Druffel district. There are two country cheese dairies here, which can also be visited by groups by prior arrangement. If you don't want to visit, you can buy the delicious cheese in the farm store. The way back leads idyllically along the Ems and past a special highlight, the Bibeldorf (open-air museum and educational learning center), which is a unique project of the Protestant parish in Germany and a selected location in the Land of Ideas.
