A2/E34 - Exit 31/ Vlotho-Exter, continue in the direction of Bad Salzuflen, follow the road in the direction of "Kurgebiet Obernberg".

For those starting from the side: a few parking options on the golf course grounds at Schwaghof,  or at the Hotel-Restaurant Waldesrand, or also at Waldrestaurant Steinmeier

Travel comfortably by public transport and use the quiet electric buses of Stadtwerke Bad Salzuflen. 

For the hiking tour, we recommend taking line 942, stop Haus Bergfrieden; alternatively, for side entry, take line 941, stop Schubertstraße. 

Follow the well-signposted route marked by a black square with a white 2. The signposting was completely revised in 2022 and you will find further information on the route, refreshment stops and parking spaces at numerous waypoints;
