    Terrain cure trails are medical-therapeutic hiking trails with different performance requirements.

    On this tour, you will cross all four parks in the Staatsbad Meinberg. In addition, this terrain cure trail takes you past Yoga Vidya, the largest yoga center outside India. Visitors are always welcome here. Once you arrive at the northernmost point of Bad Meinberg, you return to the fountain temple through a wooded area and the mountain garden, whose defining element is a central staircase.

    Coming from Kassel or the Ruhr area: via the A44 and A33 freeways to exit 26 Paderborn-Elsen, from here via the B1 federal highway towards Hameln/Detmoldaus towards Hanover, Berlin, Hamburg or Bremen: via the A2 freeway and to exit 35 Bad Eilsen, from here towards Rinteln, then via Barntrup and Blomberg towards Paderborn

    With the train

    After traveling to Bielefeld or Paderborn on one of the fast trains, take the regional train line (Paderborn-)Altenbeken-Herford(-Bielefeld) to Horn-Bad Meinberg. Our station in the Horn district, which does not have a ticket office, is usually served every half hour during the day.
