The façade artwork on the atrium is an eye-catcher for the colorful town of Espelkamp's citizens and guests. The guides include it in every guided tour of the town. The façade artwork "Die Espelkamper", created in 2010 by the late artist Erwin Scholz, is one of the landmarks of the colorful town in the countryside.

If you are traveling from the north or south, the best way to reach Espelkamp is via the B 239. If you are coming to Espelkamp from the east or west, take the L 770 (or L 766).
