The hike starts at St. Stephen's Church and leads through varied landscapes.

After a short stretch along Winterbergstraße and the ascending Kirchstraße, you will reach the Schöne Aussicht hillside path. From here, you can let your gaze wander over the Weser valley as far as Porta Westfalica.
The route continues over the wooded Ruschberg with old heathland and moorland. On the way, you will pass the grave of the Quaker Karl von Tschirsky on the Schröder farmstead. You walk up along ponds, past the school center and back to the starting point. During this hike, you will not only experience the diversity of nature, but also discover historical and various cultural highlights.
