Experience nature with all your senses on a journey of discovery at the collecting ponds in Holter Forest. The 18 stations are just right for families with children.

The insect hotel is a hive of activity, and the large, colorful flower meadow offers plenty of food. And there's also a lot going on at the beehive. Can you hear the constant buzzing? But what is that? A sand pit? Here you can compete with the forest animals in the long jump! The new viewing platform is a great place to watch the water birds, while the amphibians in the wetland can be observed from the boardwalk close to the ground. The landscape lounger invites you to simply stare silently into the canopy and listen to the sounds of the forest. There is more going on at the water playground. While parents sit in the shade, the little ones can have fun in the cool water.

The adventure trail brings the diversity of the forest to life. Each station is equipped with folding panels so that nothing in the forest remains undiscovered. After a visit to the Holter Wald adventure trail, you will not only be richer in sensory impressions, but also in tangible knowledge.
