    City tour through Beckum

    The audio city tour "Lauschtour Beckum" invites you to discover the city on your own. Local experiences are combined with acoustic experiences and create completely new insights into the history of the city. With the Lauschtour app, the tour takes you to Beckum's most important sights, including the medieval town hall, the Böttcherhaus and the impressive Prudentia shrine in the St Stephanus provost church. The approximately 1.5-kilometre, 40-minute tour offers exciting insights into the town's history, the carnival and the cement industry. The start and finish is the city model next to St Stephen's Provost Church.

    By car via the A 2 motorway to the Beckum exit. Turn right towards Beckum and follow the road into the town centre, then follow the signs to the hospital/town hall.

    Travelling by public transport via Beckum-Neubeckum railway station with connections from Bielefeld, Dortmund, Duisburg, Essen, Gütersloh, Cologne and Münster. From there, there are several bus routes to Beckum town centre.

    Visitors can park in the paid Elisabeth car park or in the town hall car park. Parking is free of charge on Sundays and public holidays. The maximum parking time is 4 hours.
