The walking tour starts at the Legden & Asbeck tourist information centre and first leads to the idyllic village fountain, which is a popular photo motif with its historical charm. From there, the route leads to the imposing Catholic parish church of St Brigida, which impresses with its architecture and atmosphere. The route continues to Haus Weßling, a lovingly preserved building that offers insights into regional building culture. Just a few steps away, Haus von Hülst invites you to discover the history of Legden. Finally, the route leads through the picturesque dahlia garden before the tour ends at the tourist information centre.

In Asbeck and Legden there are sufficient public car parks available for visitors. There are designated car parks. The following car parks are best suited for a visit to the Dahlia Garden and the village centre of Legden:
- "Dorfplatz" car park, street: Stiege
- "Ludwigsplatz" car park, street: Amtshausstraße
- "Kirchstraße" car park, near the St. Brigida church
Some of the car parks can only be used for a limited time.
