Oppenweher Moor – Rundwanderweg III (orange)

Circular trail III: A 3.5 km circular trail leads from the Summann parking lot through wet meadows and rough grassland.

Some robust and frugal Galloway cattle graze here. The birdwatching stand offers a wide view of the moor. Here in the "Oppenweher Moor" you can experience rare animals and plants in all their diversity and beauty! Various circular hiking trails allow you to explore the moor and meadow landscape. In the "Moorblick" information pavilion you can learn more about the history of the moor. Guided excursions with the moor expert are possible by appointment at the Stemwede tourist information office.
