Directions
From the car park, turn left and walk under the subway of the old railway line. The ascending path takes us past the shooting range and then turns right into the forest. After turning left, we walk straight ahead, leave the forest and have a beautiful view of the Eifel landscape. Keep left at the T-junction. Take the right-hand path at the next fork. After a while, the forest path turns right onto a small path and leads past the Peter-Scholz cross. Keep right at the signpost and continue on the right-hand path at the crossroads. Finally, we leave the forest, leave the crossroads on the right and follow the path downhill. From the bend, we keep to the right and see Büdesheim in the distance.
We stay on the path and walk downhill. The village of Oos is on the left. The field path turns left onto a meadow path. At the end, we keep to the right and stroll past the Oosbach stream. We come to the fishing hut at the springs and continue along the stream. We then turn left onto a small path and follow it under the railway bridge until it ends at the Roden-Brot bakery. Here we turn right and then come to Müllenborner Strasse and see the car park on the left.
