Children’s programme

Interesting program for children in the visitor mine on the subject of ammonites.

Ammonites are extinct marine creatures related to octopuses that lived in large numbers in the oceans millions of years ago. In our exhibition, various ammonites and the cast of the world's second largest ammonite found to date can be admired. After a guided tour of the museum, the children cast their own ammonite from plaster. This copy can be taken home.
