Multipercussionist Christian Benning (*1995) is one of the most influential personalities on the international percussion scene. He is a timpanist at the Port Louis Opera House and teaches master classes at conservatories in Spain, Israel and Mauritius. Concerts have taken him to the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, Milan Cathedral, the Teatro Romano in Verona, the Church of the Redeemer in Jerusalem, the Egyptian and Omani State Opera, the Culture Center in Ōsaka, the United Nations in New York City and the Abbey in San Diego.
Felix Kolb was born in Nuremberg in 1994. He received his training from renowned teachers such as Raymond Curfs, Adel Shalaby, Peter Sadlo and Stephan Maass at the Munich University of Music, the Bruckner University Linz and as a scholarship holder in the Academy of the Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra.
Marcel Kentaro Morikawa (*1992 in Cologne) took his first percussion lessons with Robert Schäfer (Gürzenich Orchestra) in 2006, as well as piano lessons with Susanna Cizmarovic. He completed his bachelor's degree with Prof. Carlos Tarcha at the Cologne University of Music in 2009. At the University of Music in Munich, he completed a pedagogical degree and an artistic master's degree with Prof. Dr. Peter Sadlo and Claudio Estay (Bavarian State Opera) as well as a master's degree in New Music with Raymond Curfs.
