Ruzanna Shahinyan teaches you how to practice mindfulness in everyday life and, as a result, how to go through the day healthier, happier, more successful and more resilient.
You will have the opportunity to learn the art of observing, accepting and letting go with ease and very pleasant exercises such as body scan, sitting meditation, fantasy journeys and tai chi. You will also learn how to use your everyday activities as mindfulness exercises.
Ruzanna Shahinyan is a self-employed psychological counselor, coach, mentor and senior psychologist M. Sc. at the Weserland Clinic. As a burnout counselor and relaxation trainer, Ruzanna brings a lot of experience and passion to her offers and teaches her clients and patients how to find their way back to relaxation in a targeted manner.
