The mediation led by Sigrid Höhr develops its deeply relaxing effect through the use of singing bowls. The protective space of the power source tent combines with the sound and gentle vibration of the bowls to create the perfect setting for forgetting everyday life and diving into your own inner sources of strength. During the group mediation, guided mindfulness meditations or fantasy journeys alternate with pure sound phases or silence, negative thoughts dissolve and you find your way back to your well-being through the gentle stimulation of your senses.
Sigrid Höhr is a trained Peter Hess® sound massage practitioner and mindfulness coach with a practice for sound massage, mindfulness and self-care in Hille and has also been offering her services exclusively in the Bad Oeynhausen spa park since 2023.
