For our steaks and burgers, we only use selected meat, paying particular attention to origin, breeding, and processing. The fine meat of our steaks comes from cattle raised on pasture in Argentina, America, and Ireland. These animals are not fed but instead graze on grass and herbs. The unique and aromatic flavor of the steaks is achieved through a special aging process.
