At the center are delicacies made from beef, which our trained chefs prepare fresh on our restaurant highlight, the 800°C grill. The meat not only comes from our family's own cattle breeding but is also subjected to a very special drying process in our in-house dry aging facilities before our chefs really fire it up for the meat – and your taste buds.
