Your electricity and water consumption
We don't want to restrict you when it comes to using the sauna, the wellness showers and the corner bathtub: We therefore allow you to decide how often you use it - but to ensure that it remains fair for everyone, we will charge for water and electricity separately. With the moderate prices, you don't need to worry about high billing: Electricity: 50 cents / kWh (from 100% hydropower) Water: €4.50 / m3 For your reference: A sauna session consumes (according to the manufacturer) around 13 kWh (i.e. around €4). A bath about €0.80. Information provided without guarantee.
In the winter months of November to February we charge you a flat rate of 10 euros for the use of our garage. You can of course use the three parking spaces in front of the house free of charge (as long as we keep up with the snow removal).
Deposit: Due to the high-quality furnishings, we charge a deposit of €300. You will of course get this back after deducting the electricity and water costs and any damage! Normally nothing happens, so only electricity and water are deducted from the deposit.
Note on the guest contribution:
To promote regional tourism, overnight guests in accommodation establishments in the municipality of Gerolstein have been paying a guest contribution of 0.75 euros per person per night. Children aged 0-5 and business and educational travellers are exempt from this fee.
The guest contribution is not included in the booking price, it is collected separately by the accommodation and forwarded to the Gerolstein municipality.

We will give you all the information you need in good time before your arrival so that you can start your holiday in a good mood and without stress. On the day of your arrival, we will give the house a thorough cleaning and prepare everything so that you feel really comfortable. You can enter the house between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Since we are not on site, our “good soul of the house” will give you the keys and show you the house. She will also be your direct contact during your stay.
