Your domicile is located in a 7-family apartment building with its own entrance, sun terrace and parking space. 
Completely newly furnished, you will live comfortably with a separate kitchen, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine, in the sleeping area you will find a cozy box spring bed and  
for the third and fourth person there is a sofa bed in the living area.
Bakeries, grocery stores and the shopping mile in the city center are within easy walking distance.
We have planned, built and furnished this apartment for you in a central but quiet location to the city center. Enjoy your time out with us! Whether as a short-term stay for athletes and cyclists or as a vacation guest, fitters and craftsmen are also welcome guests! The minimum stay is 3 nights.
