The bicycle and hiking trail starts right in front of the front door. You have a beautiful view into the Nimstal and can enjoy nature. Our sunny terrace invites you to linger with a view of nature. You can easily reach many excursion destinations from Rittersdorf. For example, the Bitburg reservoir, the Eifelpark Wild and leisure park in Gondorf, the Irrel waterfalls as well as the dinosaur park and the Teufelsschlucht nature park centre in Ernzen, Trier - the oldest city in Germany, picturesque Echternach (Luxembourg), the beautiful town of Bernkastel on the Moselle, the Maare lakes near Daun and much more. The local community of Rittersdorf is located in the Nimstal valley about 3 km north of the district town of Bitburg. A visit to the brewery there is well worth it!
