Welcome to the Setzlach Holiday Apartment!

Our house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the town of Adenau, near the Nürburgring. From here, you can wonderfully explore the Eifel region. It is a starting point for many leisure activities such as hiking, cycling on adjacent hiking and biking paths, motorcycle touring, and much more. The world-famous Nürburgring Nordschleife is in close proximity. The city center, with its numerous cafes, restaurants, and shopping options, is just a few minutes' walk away.

The family-friendly accommodation offers everything you need for relaxing days. The apartment, approximately 70 square meters in size, is quietly located and can accommodate up to 7 people. It features two bedrooms, a living area with a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Spend relaxing evenings on the balcony or take advantage of the barbecue facilities in the garden. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Additionally, the holiday apartment offers car parking spaces and a storage space for bicycles and/or motorcycles, perfect for active guests. Please note that pets are not allowed, and the entire property is a non-smoking house.
