Nature discovery trail nature experiences - various

The Padersee dams up the Pader and serves as a flood retention basin.

Located halfway between the city center and Schloß Neuhaus, Lake Padersee is very popular with walkers and joggers. It was created at the end of the 1970s as a flood retention basin to protect the Schloß Neuhaus district on the one hand and for recreational purposes on the other. With a length of around one kilometer, it is particularly popular with walkers and joggers. Children love the adventure playground with swings and slides.
