nature experiences - various

The former Schmetkamp farm in Sendenhorst has been transformed into a green adventure centre. The approx. 17-hectare, near-natural site offers plenty of space for discoveries relating to nature and climate protection and has become a popular excursion destination. School classes and kindergartens in particular can experience nature up close here.

Numerous information boards and the nature discovery trail provide interesting insights into the various areas such as small watercourses and streams, forests, meadows and pastures or litter meadows.

Viewing

The grounds of the Schmetkamp farm can be visited at any time.
