Rorup picnic area

Information for cyclists
Dülmen is an ideal starting point for cycle tours through the Münsterland region. The well-developed junction system enables flexible route planning and facilitates orientation, even for those unfamiliar with the town. Junction 75, where the 100 Castles Route runs, is 1.4 kilometres from the Letter Straße picnic area. Junction 59, which is on the Sandstone Route, is 4.5 kilometres away.

Parking
Car parking is available in the surrounding streets. The public car park at Roruper Kirchplatz is in the immediate vicinity.
Arrival
Travelling by car:
From the south & east: Dülmen-Rorup can be reached via the A 43 motorway exit "Dülmen-Nord" or the B 474. The picnic area at the low ropes course is located on Schulstraße next to the parish church of St Agatha Rorup.
From the west: Coming from the B67, take the L600 to Dülmen-Rorup.
From the north: Take the L582 southwards in the direction of Dülmen. Follow the L580 to Rorup. Turn off the main road onto Schulstraße, where the low ropes course is located. Also accessible from the north via the A43 motorway.

Travelling by bus and train:
Travel by train via Münster, Essen or via Dortmund or Coesfeld to Dülmen railway station. From there, take the T65 or 565 bus in the direction of Darup. Get off at Rorup Kirchplatz.
