Soleweg - Südlicher Rundkurs

You are welcome to cycle the tour in both directions. The cycle path signposting shows you the direction on the way with the "SoleWeg" sign. It is also helpful to take a GPX-compatible device with you. You can download the GPX data on this page. 

For your own safety, it is advisable to wear a bicycle helmet;

For the Soleweg cycle tour, we recommend taking drinks and food with you on the way. In the towns of Vlotho, Bad Senkelteich, Bad Seebruch or Bad Salzuflen you will also find numerous opportunities for a refreshment stop, a delicious ice cream or something hearty. 

This SoleWeg cycle tour invites you to focus on the brine, its beneficial effects and its significance. Take a few deep breaths at the adventure graduation tower and enjoy relaxing hours in the thermal spa landscape and sauna park of the VitaSol Therme after the cycle tour.

A2, exit 29-Herford/Bad Salzuflen, take the feeder road/B239 towards Bad Salzuflen, follow the signs to VitaSol Therme.

Paid parking lot at the VitaSol Therme, Extersche Straße. Alternatively, you can use other parking spaces in Bad Salzuflen.

From Bad Salzuflen train station, you can reach the start and finish point at the VitaSol Therme in around 10 minutes by bike - follow the traffic signs to "VitaSol Therme".

The Sole cycle path is well signposted with its own signpost: light blue drops with the words "Sole-Radweg" on a white background. You can also cycle the cycle path in the other direction at any time;

The cycle route is mainly on minor roads and asphalted paths.
