Lieserpfad stage 1 starts at the source of the Lieser and takes hikers from Boxberg to Daun

The hike on the Lieser Trail through the Eifel begins at the source of the Lieser near Boxberg and continues through the Struth with a wonderful view of the legendary Hilgerath church. How about a break at one of the two Dreese in Neichen or Rengen? The slightly acidic water refreshes and cools you down during a hiking break. The bench under the nature conservation monument of an old oak tree between Neichen and Nerdlen is also inviting.
