Our small 1 bedroom apartment "Aquamarin" is a total of 22 sqm in size and ideal for 2 people. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay: shower/WC, box spring bed, sofa bed, kitchenette with stove, oven and dishwasher, coffee maker for pads, kettle, toaster, free Wi-Fi, smart TV.
It is a non-smoking apartment, pet-free and therefore suitable for allergy sufferers.

You are welcome to share our garden with a separate seating area. A small barbecue is also available.

A lockable shelter for your bicycles, a charging station for e-bikes and rental bicycles (at an additional cost) are available.

The price is 75 € per night for up to 2 people/night incl. final cleaning, bed linen and towel service. The total price for all overnight stays must be transferred to the host's account at least 1 day before arrival. The deposit of 100 € is to be paid in cash at check-in, but can also be paid in advance by arrangement to allow contactless check-in.

Arrivals can be made from 3 p.m. Check-in is possible contactless due to a keycode system if the deposit of 100 € has been paid in advance. Otherwise, arrivals should be made by 6 p.m.
