Grinding and baking day at the Bergkirchen watermill

Watermill (19th century construction) on a reservoir with an overshot water wheel (ø 3.8 m) in an older building (18th century?). Conversion of the mill in the 19th century from undershot to overshot drive. Two grinding gears and oil mill with pan grinder and hydraulic press present and functional (with sufficient water supply). Three-storey motorized mill extension from 1924 (high mill)

  • Oil mill in operation and catering in the mill parlor with fried sausages, plant and vegetable market in the courtyard
    
• 06 July - 1-5 pm
  • Oil mill in operation and catering in the mill parlor with fried sausages, flea market around the mill
    
• 12. July - 7-10 p.m.
  • Bernd Lafrenz plays "The Tempest" based on Shakespeare 
    
• 03 August - 1-5 p.m.
  • Oil mill in operation and catering in the mill parlor with bratwurst, harvest market in the courtyard with the "Westerntänzer Schweicheln"
    
• 05. October - 1 - 5 p.m.
  • - Waste disposal, oil mill in operation and refreshments in the mill parlor with sausages, bow magic in the courtyard from 11 a.m.
