Labyrinth

A hedge labyrinth was created in an ideal scenic location above Drolshagen-Stupperhof in 2007 which records a history of sixthousand years.

The labyrinth never presents choices in its path. After numerous detours that force you to walk through the entire interior, you have to follow the path to the center. The labyrinth is not a maze. The path is without ramifications. Labyrinths are symbols of the middle. They always circle the center, come close to it and lead back to the outer edge, so that the hiker loses the overview and no longer knows where he is on his way.

You won´t meet the Minotaur in the labyrinth.
You meet yourself in the labyrinth.

The labyrinth of Drolshagen can be found when leaving the roundabout coming from Olpe (B54/55) at the second exit towards Benolpe. From the Benolperstraße turn towards Stupperhof (signposted from there).

In Stupperhof an external residential community of the Josefhaus Olpe lives and runs a barn snack there. After the labyrinth walk you can enjoy coffee and cake there at the weekend.
